Sessional workshops, outings, and monthly support groups for mid-age Hong Kong migrants, especially those without family support. Sessions focus on emotional wellbeing, mutual support, advanced care planning, and dignified end-of-life discussions, reducing stigma and strengthening mental resilience.

🏥Community Lifesavers First Aid, Occupational Safety & Mental Health

Practical courses for volunteer leaders, sports facilitators, and activity organisers. Training covers emergency first aid, stress management, basic intervention techniques, and specific First Aid needs of different volunteering groups, building a safer, more responsive community support network.

😴Certified Dream Psychology & Trauma-Informed Wellbeing Webinar

Culturally sensitive mental wellbeing workshops using certified dream psychology techniques. Designed to support Hongkongers experiencing prolonged stress, trauma, or adjustment challenges, offering safe spaces for emotional processing, self-understanding, and collective healing.

📒Registered Institution Information Sharing: CEFR B2 English Test Preparation for ILR

Targeted language preparation workshops supporting adult Hong Kong migrants to meet UK Indefinite Leave to Remain requirements. Focuses on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, while boosting everyday communication, confidence, and social integration.

Volunteers take a step towards personal and professional development with our referred accredited training programmes, gaining valuable skills and knowledge that empower people to make a difference in their lives and the lives of others.

🔔We regularly release and share the above course details and training information from other registered organisations, with our fellow Sutton volunteers under a separate WhatsApp Group. 💌Women Returners' Employability Support Programme

This is a referral-based service run by a UK Charity supporting underemployed or unemployed Hong Kong women affected by relocation and caring responsibilities. Focuses on confidence-building, CV support, interview preparation, career planning, and re-entering the UK workforce sustainably. Offering free, appointment-based Career Coaching sessions.

🔔The Programme welcomes all Hong Kong Women Returners in England referred by our CIC with the following conditions: over the age of 16, and unemployed or on a zero-hours contract.
