Welcome to Be Well HKers CIC
Be Well HKers CIC is a non-profit making Community Interest Company, a community-led organisation rooted in the London Borough of Sutton, created by a group of passionate HongKongers who care deeply about the physical and mental well-being, resilience, and skillsets of our fellow volunteers and community members.
Many Hong Kong migrants, particularly those who arrived in recent years, are kind-hearted and active volunteers who give back generously to local communities. Yet migration, cultural adjustment, employability transitions, and uncertainty can place hidden pressures on their wellbeing. We exist to ensure that those who care for others are also cared for.
From settlement to empowerment, Be Well HKers CIC delivers sponsored workshops, training, and peer-support activities that strengthen mental health, build confidence, and develop practical life and employability skills. Our programmes range from wellbeing and resilience workshops to first aid, safety training, English test preparation, and specialist support for life transitions.
We work in partnership with charities, CICs, and local organisations to foster belonging, reduce stigma around mental health, and connect volunteers with the support they need to thrive. Any surplus is reinvested to sustain and grow community-benefit activities.
This is more than a service — it's a shared commitment to care, empathy, and building a place we proudly call HOME.
